Cancellation policy for meeting rooms:
In case of cancellation more than 48 hours before the meeting, no fee will be charged. For cancellations between 48 and 24 hours before the meeting, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the meeting, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for conference hall (The Orchid Hall):
In case of cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the event, no fee will be charged. For cancellations between 7 calendar days to 48 hours before the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the event, the full amount will be charged.
